"Generally I love Einstein bagels. The closest thing to New York Bagels I've had since I've lived in Texas however I placed an order the night before for delivery for breakfast. They charge you $12 for a half a dozen bagels which is pretty expensive and then when I got them they shorted me. I called the store about 10 times and I pressed the button to speak to a person and it just rang endlessly and no one ever picked up the phone.
