Rice super fresh, black beans with some pork (my kids favorite) always delicious. And the flan they have over there is the best, not even mine taste that good. Today I ordered some lunch for me and my family and one item it was left behind. I called them As soon I opened the bag, because it was the first time they did my order wrong. 1- the lady over the phone it was super nice with me, even with my dumbest reaction because I couldnt find the right tool on doordash to ask for a credit. She opened her own app and she was guiding me how to do it. 2- The manager in charge was phenomenal because not only sent me an item it was missed but he included some desserts as well. "I'm a big fan of Fogo de Chao, but was hesitant to have them delivered take-out while on a business trip, because of course you're not getting that FdC experience. But I'm stuck in my room working so I gave it a shot. Hoping to have leftovers, I ordered a the two-item platter, with fraldinha and pincanha, plus an 8oz filet mignon ala carte. I'm pretty sure they only gave me one of the steaks in the combo- it looked like about 5 oz. I ordered all the steak medium rare, and it was all extremely well done. Its like they didn't even try, perhaps giving me the well done pieces that the restaurant visitors didn't want. The filet did appear a bit larger than 8 oz, but being so over well done it had an unpleasant liver taste and was hard to swallow being so dried out. The "sauteed broccoli" was raw and cold, and the greek salad side was just ok. I love the plantains they give you at FdC, and was disappointed they weren't on the menu and there was no way to request them. And after all this- they put in just 2 pao de quiejos. Overall very disappointing and I won't be touching any leftovers. Any of the other steak places would have given me a better meal for the price."

"I had high hopes for this Brazilian place, but it was the most horrible food I’ve ever had. The rice tasted like styrofoam, the meat portion was tiny, tasted old, and for $17.99, I expected much better. I added fries for $3.00, and I barely got a handful. The only good parts of the meal were the Guaraná and the beans. The “Brigadeiro Ninho c/ Nutella” was awful, tasted nothing like it should, and had a single drop of Nutella on top, not inside or anywhere else. This is not even close to real Brazilian food. I won’t be ordering from here again. Tinha mó expectativa pra esse restaurante, mas foi a pior comida que já comi. O arroz parecia isopor, a carne veio um fiapo, tava com gosto de passada, e por $17,99 eu esperava bem mais. Paguei $3,00 numa porção de Adicional de Batata Frita na Refeição que mal deu pra sentir o gosto. A única coisa que salvou foi o Guaraná e o feijão. I am familiar with this franchise from back home in MA. and was happy to see that there was one close by. I ordered a large Make Your Own Bowl keyword being bowl in this review. The acai was as expected it was delicious. I have never had such tasty and fresh acai until I found Acai Brazil. There is truly nothing like it in any other store or restaurant that I have found on the East coast! However, when I buy an acai "bowl" I expect to get a bowl not a cup. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as I was surprised to get a cup of acai with fruit on top of it.. I suggest that this particular shop invest in some bowls or change the wording in their menu.
