Always looks exactly like the photo, just beautiful, fresh and delicious. For some reason tonight it absolutely looks just like this when I opened the box. There were two of them stacked on top of each other, which you can kind of see in the photo but aside from that they literally look like they were dropped. I'm not sure what happened, but this was a total mess and they went right in the trash. It doesn't even look like a complete roll with the way the seam is split wide open. I contacted DoorDash and they took care of it right away with no problem. Again, this will not reflect on the whole restaurant and we will definitely order again as we eat their in person as well. "Ordered from Toyo Sushi & everything was so good. We got 2 California Rolls, a Tempura Philadelphia Roll & Shrimp Crunch Roll & everything was full of flavor & tasted really fresh. I’m pretty picky with sushi & this is one of the few places I can order from multiple times & still really enjoy it every time. The fish always tastes fresh & nothing ever feels off. It’s honestly become one of our favorite sushi spots. Also really convenient since it’s close by & they’re always friendly when my husband picks up in person. Would definitely order again!"
"I just tried sushi from Toyo Sushi & Roll & it was so good, really delicious & very filling! The tempura Philadelphia roll was a standout. I usually get a regular Philly roll but the tempura version with spicy mayo & eel/tempura sauce was unexpectedly tasty. I’ll definitely order it again.
The crunchy roll was also amazing & one of my favorites from the meal. Everything was satisfying & flavorful & the rolls were generous in size. I also really loved their miso soup, it tasted like a traditional miso with seaweed & tofu which was comforting & hit the spot.
The shrimp tempura in the roll was cooked perfectly & added great texture & flavor. I’m a big sushi lover so I know good sushi when I taste it & this was really good. Plus, the location isn’t too far from my house which is a big bonus. I’m so glad I gave it a try & will absolutely be ordering from here again!"
