I appreciated the fact that they actually marinated the Ikura (salmon roe). Many sushi restaurants skip this step so you just end up eating salty salmon eggs. What compounds this is the dry and hard rice. Ordering from here is the equivalent of grocery store sushi. Was completely bummed. The eel roll seems like it was made earlier in the day and refrigerated. The rice was drier and harder than the ngiri and the eel lacked it's typical moistness.
