"I rarely go out of my way to review restaurants, so for me to go out of my way to sit and write is huge. The food here is FANTASTIC! The wings are crispy yet tender on the inside, the Chocolate Chip Waffle was AMAZING, the Chicken strips were cooked to perfection but for me, the tastiest thing I ate was the wedge fries with the All seasonings option. Plump, fluffy on the inside and packed with flavor without it being too much. %100 recommend. The waffle fries do get a bit dry though, so go for the wedge fries!"

Got the jerk spice (jerk spice isn't supposed to taste like that!), and the coleslaw had a pound too much sugar. "My second-ever Philly cheesesteak, so I certainly don't consider anywhere near an expert. Really good, though, with just the right amount of meat and cheese. The peppers and onions were sweet, although I would have preferred more, as they were rather sparse. Bread was fresh, and had I picked it up myself at the store, it would have been hot and melty. (I had it delivered.) The sandwich also stood up to being gently microwaved. My only complaint is that it was a little on the pricey side, although a fair amount of the total was delivery fees. Can’t really blame the store for their prices, though, given this economy. Overall, it was a great sandwich!"

"The #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak was good because we got extra meat and cheese. The #31 California Chicken Cheese Steak was good, but a little dry and you don'tget much meat or cheese without adding extra (which is like $4 or more) and even then it seems like the normal amount you should get. Otherwise it's mostly bread and there's no way to add condiments and we all love it Mike's way (with oil and vinegar)!"

"Always weary of Pizza places outside of NY/NJ calling themselves "Brooklyn or NY" pizza, but surprised for once in this case as this spot actually has decent pizza and hot subs. They made a few mistakes on our order but the food quality and flavor was pretty good compared to 90% of all the other pizza places in Houston. Cheesesteak was surprisingly pretty good, they actually seasoned their meat, had great flavor and decent bread. Hard to find a decent cheesesteak in this city. Only issue is that they use mozzarella for their cheese and wish they would give the option for American cheese like a proper Philly cheesesteak or at lease provolone but it was still pretty good. Also the description says onions and peppers with no options to keep or remove and we ended getting a cheesesteak with just steak and cheese which is fine because we didn't want any green peppers. The meatball parm sub was also pretty good better than most places. The chicken cutlet was decent, not the worst and not the best, wish they didn't cut the chicken up and just gave whole cutlets like a chicken parm should be. Chicken cutlet sandwich was decent as well but it had cheese on it which it doesn't say it does in the description also not that big a deal but not exactly what we wanted and wish they would give an option to add mayo to the sandwich, but ended up just adding it ourselves at home and it was pretty good after that. The wings were also pretty good, the blue cheese they give with it was also good. The pizza was pretty good, only issue is we ordered half plain and half pepperoni and we ended up getting a pie full of pepperoni, not that big a deal but we definitely wanted plain because that's how you judge a pizza spot properly is by how good their plain pizza is, anyhow it was still pretty good, especially compared to some of these horrendous pizza spots we have tried out here in H-town and we have tried almost all of them out here. Home Slice is still oneof the best we have found in this city but this spot is not bad. So overall we give them a 7.9/10 which is a good score for this areas when everything else is a 5-6/10 or lower. Would recommend giving them a try."
