"I used to enjoy BJ's frequently but the last three orders have NOT been it. Twice I've ordered the kids root beer wings and they've been delivered with zero root beer sauce. (Delivered via Door Dash, bag was sealed.) Last order, I ordered Spinach & Artichoke dip and it wasn't even heated up - absolutely stone cold. I do not live far from the restaurant so there is just no way it would be this cold if they had even heated it a little. For the chips, I received all crushed bottom of the bag pieces and about 1/2 the usual serving. Really disappointing."
