"I've ordered the beef parmigiana from this restaurant around 5 times, so this feedback comes from a loyal customer.
It usually arrives with very little tomato sauce, but I didn't mind because the meat was thick, tender, and flavorful.
Unfortunately, this last order was very disappointing. The meat was extremely thin and overcooked, and the French fries were soggy and soaked from steam, to the point of falling apart. This had never happened before.
We have always ordered delivery, so this doesn't appear to be a delivery issue. The fries, in particular, used to be something we really loved.
It feels like recent changes have been made, and sadly the quality has declined. I hope this feedback helps, as this used to be one of our favorite dishes"

"This is the first time I eat here and it's probably the best food I've tasted from anywhere in the last 5 years. It was perfectly seasoned. The taste of the herbs, vegetables and cilantro was a nice exquisite touch and cooked to perfection. It tasted very fresh. However, the fries were slightly cold and soggy but still tasted phenomenal. If you are used to american portions this was a smaller portion than usual, I usually eat in small portions and still ate all of it rather quickly, they give you very little rice but it was still very satisfying.
