I am able to taste the breath of the fire from the wok (iykyk). I'm impressed with the cooking skills. their Szechuan Chicken Hakka Noodles was also extremely filling and had a nice burn to it. nice chunks of actual chicken cuts that was well marinated and incorporated. very well done.
