I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried the salmon piccata a second time and the only good thing about the entire dish was the capers, which come from a jar.. salmon was dried out and had no flavor, the "wild rice" looked like it had been from a pouch of Uncle Ben's minute rice. If I wanted to have a meal prep salmon and wild rice I would've made it myself and it would've not cost me $30. Which you also did not include my side Caesar salad (again).
