I first ordered a steam Snapper meal with provisions instead of rice and beans, to see how they were going to customize my meal. Next, I ordered a breakfast meal in the late afternoon. The dish was Ackee and Saltfiah with provisions. Lastly I ordered a chicken soup to see how they were going to make it. I must admit, this restaurant went up and beyond my expectations, with the presentation, taste, and customer service. The servings were so plentiful, I shared it with my wife, who almost fought me to get the food after she tasted it, LOL. Although they didn't have the cooked banana that I requested at the time, that doesn't take anything away from them.
