"I just wanna start off by saying kudos to this place because not only was it my FIRST time eating here but it was my first time ordering out through DoorDash!! The Chicken Fried Steak Plate 9/10. The steak was a nice portion, and had a great taste. The mash potatoes and broccoli were sooooo good!! However, I did ask for Italian Dressing for my salad but got ranch (which is the reason I rated 4 stars because I really wanted the salad :/ since it came with the plate) also I forgot to say no tomatoes but they do put a nice sized tomato on the salad for the tomato lovers (however in the picture I took the tomato off). "After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for. I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

"First time trying this place, I got the Brisket Nachos and the Funnel Cake Fry and a drink (sprite). My only complaint on the Brisket Nachos is that the brisket doesn't have a ton of flavor, but overall the nachos were really good and had a ton of flavor as a whole meal, definitely will order again next time I get a nacho craving. I also got the Funnel Cake Fry with extra powder sugar, first the funnel cake was absolutely delicious, and secondly the powder sugar was very very lumpy more than powder, but oh well doesn't change the taste! Also definitely get the strawberry sauce if you like that because it was so good with the funnel cake. Definitely will order again, specially those funnel cake fries!"
