"The Chicken Teriyaki (Lunch) was so good! The chicken teriyaki was so well prepared and had plenty of teriyaki sauce. The chicken was very tender as well as the vegetables. Usually most places make it very dry. Some of the best chicken teriyaki I've had. The sides such as the shumai and the California roll were so good as well. Rainbow sushi definitely has some of the best sushi in Monmouth county. Such a great serving of everything, especially for the price! "
