"i've tried giving this location grace and ignoring the extremely inconsistent and small amounts they give on caramel and chocolate for the sundaes sometimes but today was just ridiculous. you pay extra for those things and today i got a cup of caramel that just had a little bit lined inside a cup, not even enough to actually use at all. to better picture this, it looks like if you USED to have caramel in the cup and now it's the trash that's left. the chocolate came as a cold clump today as well, not even melted to be able to pour on a sundae. i'm done ordering from this location."
