The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! Not a big deal because I was on the fence anyway. But the churro itself was tough so I couldn't even eat it. That may be because it was delivered so I'm sure they're much better fresh. The vanilla ice cream that came with it was really tasty. The Side Deluxe was a great portion of sour cream and guacamole, definitely get your money's worth. Same with the Mr. Pibb. The cole slaw was creamy and had good flavor, along with the mac salad being good as well. My husband loves brisket and that was his favorite. It was shaved which isn't his favorite texture but he enjoyed the flavor so didn't mind the texture being different too much. I love ribs and really enjoyed them. "If you're ordering wraps be warned! there is a person who is really good at making them, and someone who is not good at making them. so it's basically a game of chance on whether you're going to get a delicious perfectly made wrap or a wrap that is very loosely made and drenched in sauce to the point that as soon as you try to pick it up, it falls apart and sticks to the paper wrapping. There was a damp spot in the bag it came in. Other than that when it's well made the wraps can be addictingly really good. I usually order the teriyaki wrap.
