"The good: order was ready very quickly. Cole slaw is an excellent vinegar based slaw with still a sweetness to the flavor and crispness to the texture. Baked beans are good, mildly spicy and good sweetness. Not exactly what I was hoping: the pulled pork seemed just slightly overcooked to me. I think there's a fine line between cooked to a fall-apart tenderness and meat becoming so cooked that it disintegrates in your mouth within 2-3 bites. The mac and cheese was on the dryer side, but surprised me with good flavor. The slice of cornbread was also a surprise: dense and sweet, but griddled (which gave it a very good depth of flavor and texture). Overall, good meal worth the price and I would go back again! I think I would try other items on the menu to check them out and see how I like them. I would also say that I don't feel beholden to Moe's BBQ as though it was the best BBQ in Mobile; I haven't found that place yet."
