"The yogurt is generally pretty good except I strongly dislike the new oat milk flavors!!!!! 🤔 They're absolutely awful! 😝 I ordered the oat milk latte and after 1 spoonful, I threw out the entire container. I think it was a bad idea for TCBY to jump the oatmilk bandwagon!!! Also, I dislike the over sugary sorbets and the sugar free yogurts. They use Splenda in the NSA flavors which is such a passe artificial sweetener that's worse for the body than regular sugar!
Lastly, if you decide to call the store, you're out of luck. They never answer their phone. The voicemail option to leave a voicemail is a ruse. They never bother listening to any messages!
Caution when ordering delivery. TCBY always barely fills the containers adequately. I ordered a large size yogurt and it was less than 1/2 full. What a rip off!"
