I have been to several places in NJ, no other biryani can match its authentic flavor and quality! But the reason for 4 stars is because type of chicken pieces has changed. I have given the feedback about chicken pieces to the owner once when I was dining in. I have told manager the same thing. Seems like you are now cutting corners. Please don’t do this. Don’t ruin it for me or any other Bone-in chicken biryani lover. Don’t ruin it for yourself if customer satisfaction matters to you. Once again, this used to be undoubtedly the best biryani one could get in NJ. But not anymore just because you have changed the type of pieces to mediocre, small, less meat more bony ones. No other biryani could come close to its taste, it’s authenticity and the quality! It still brings me right to home! Because of the taste and authenticity.
