I was going to bring the Madelines as a gift to a friend this afternoon. Called the location to let them know what happened and all I was told was "Alright thank you" and they hung up. The guy on the other end could not care any less. Completely dismissive. Totally unacceptable preparation of the order with inability to do follow a simple order of 6 items and inability to package bakery items with common sense. Pathetic and rude customer service. Will be sure to let everyone I know not to go to this location."
