Breading is solid and flavorful. This is a breaded and dusted style tender which you would find typical at any REAL hot chicken place. I enjoy reasonably hot food and the middle of the road here didnt disappoint. I had 2 more levels and the tender I ordered one step higher leaving only the final heat to be tested later. I enjoyed the flavor of the extra spicy before the final 2 flavors. Fries are exactly par. Cheese sauce is the same from the baseball game. Chicken is the star here. If you like a batter fried and dusted hot chicken the price warrants the quality. Mertals cost more and does not boast as hot of chicken. Have not ordered a large order but would consider it. 6/10 Please consider my scale counts a 5 as par or agreeable. Middle of the road. Vida in Knoxville gets an 8.5 for me. The Kennedy gets an 8 Brass pearl 7.3 Hotbirds is some of the most solid hot chicken available in Knoxville. "

It should be illegal to call a proportion of that size a large. They don't even offer a dipping sauce with their overpriced meal. Buddy's Bar B Q at least gives you dipping sauce.
