"I've enjoyed Shake Shack for years, but as time goes on, their quality and value just continues to decline. My food arrived cold and my milkshake almost completely melted. They never send ketchup, period. The Fries have always needed more salt. The Chicken Shack doesn't seem to have much, if any, seasoning. If, like me, you don't like mayonnaise, it is baffling that they have never offered the option of honey mustard or any other sauce. As a final straw for me, the Fountain Soda that they charge FIVE DOLLARS for, and the Cookies and Cream Shake they charge more than EIGHT DOLLARS for, were only 3/4s full. The chicken sandwich was the smallest I've ever seen - it takes up maybe 2/3rds of the box it comes in at most. It's insulting to pay this much and get even less than you overpaid for.
