"This was probably the most disgusting meal we’ve gotten. I don’t know what’s happened to this Taco Bell, but it’s gone downhill pretty quickly over the past year. The beans had a white chalky substance and you couldn’t even break them up they were so dry. The chips were stale. "The ramen was not what I expected as far as taste and texture goes but the broth was ok again not what I expected the noodles had no taste and the food itself was barely seasoned but the portion size was better than expected the best part about it. It also has no cheese and all Ramen Birria usually have cheese at least where I'm from it does"
