"I used to really enjoy Firehouse Subs. Their sandwiches were always large, filling, and worth the price, but over the past year or two, the quality has noticeably gone downhill. The subs have gotten significantly smaller, with barely any meat or toppings, yet the prices continue to rise. It’s disappointing because this used to be a reputable sandwich shop that took pride in serving a hearty meal.
Now it feels no different than any other corporate chain trying to cut costs while charging more. The value and quality just aren’t there anymore. I won’t be ordering again unless something changes and Firehouse returns to the standards that originally set it apart.
