The slices were cut in the most odd sizes some slices were literally 1.5 inches while some were 5-6 inches. The wings, I requested extra sauce on them and they were practically dry maybe just a slight drizzle of sauce I can tell they werent even tossed in sauce. The salmon at Sunny's Sushi in Horizon City is divine! If you're a salmon lover, you NEED to try this place. The salmon nigiri is buttery-soft and melts in your mouth - easily the freshest I've had in the area. Their Salmon Lover's Roll was perfectly constructed with generous slices of salmon on top and just the right amount of avocado inside.
Everything arrived beautifully packaged and at the perfect temperature. The salmon had that gorgeous bright color you want to see, and you could tell it was expertly cut - each piece was consistently sized and had that perfect balance of fish to rice. The spicy salmon roll had just the right kick to it without overwhelming the fish's natural flavor.
The delivery was quick, and everything was carefully packaged to maintain freshness. You can tell they care about quality - even the rice was perfectly seasoned and had that ideal sticky texture that complements the salmon well.
