They have never sent him anything that was not as he ordered. On the other hand I like to try different sandwiches. I liked #3,5,7,8 and 9. Again, Jersey Mike's sent exactly what I ordered. I usually do an online order so don't see them making our sandwiches. But when I go inside to order I am always impressed with their process. They don't build your sandwich with pre-sliced meat. They slice your meat fresh. Their condiment tubs are filled with fresh ingredients. Jersey Mike's is not as inexpensive as other sub shops. But the value and portion size outweigh the price and we will always order again!

Here’s the truth: the bed of rice advertised is barely a spoonful. The first time I ordered, I figured it was a mistake this time confirmed it’s intentional. The food doesn’t match the menu photos or the description.
What’s worse, after looking at the menu closely, it’s basically Ruby Tuesday’s menu with a few tweaks. Whoever built this ghost kitchen clearly copy-pasted Ruby Tuesday’s base items, added minor twists like “deconstructed kebabs,” and rebranded it as something new. It’s giving franchise remix, not fresh innovation.
For $22 total, this was disappointing small portion, recycled menu, and zero real New Orleans flavor. I attached photos for proof.
