"We were really disappointed based on other recent reviews, but gave 3 stars because portions are very generous.
The good: The tortillas are much bigger than I'm used to seeing for tacos, the tacos had plenty of meat and they had lots of cilantro and onion on top.
The bad: The chicken in the chimichanga and taco had no flavor. Like, zero seasoning. And it was really dry. The barbacoa was tasty, but dry, and my campechano taco was tasty but also had a hard bone the size of a cherry in it, which I luckily caught before breaking a tooth.
I also found other small bones in my chicken taco and the entire joint of a chicken thigh in my tamale, which was rojo and not verde like I ordered. I've never had a tamale with bone-in meat before, so I found this odd. It also lacked favor and the tamale dough was plasticky and not tasty at all. I tossed most of it.
I will continue looking for great Mexican food in the area. Sadly, this ain't it. "

"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant.
I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho.
The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send.
To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for.
Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."
