"The limited time Brisket Debris Po Boy was fantastic! It could have used more cabbage and peppers. It's a very messy sandwich and the bread held up nicely. I also enjoyed the quarter rack of ribs. There was a thick spicy crust and the meat was very tender. I am impressed!"

The potato was nicely cooked tender but not mushy and it had a nice salt on the skin without being too much. the mac and cheese was good. was it the best I ever had - no, but I'd give it a four out of five. I'd get it again. I don't think it's homemade.
