It is a soft Kaiser style roll. We like that style compared to a typical hard Kaiser roll. The Cheesesteak w/The Works (Whole 14") was really good, though we would have liked a bit more cheese and meat than we got. The roll it was on was pleasantly soft and fresh. The meat was flavorful and well chopped. All-in-all, it was a good, freshly prepared meal. We'd certainly order from here again (as we have been for years)."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "
