The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous. The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it. The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."
