"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant. I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."

"Burrito Bowl cost slightly more than I usually pay but it was worth it. They do put a lot of protein and toppings in the bowl so you do get your money's worth. The one thing I will say is the steak was kind of tough to eat for me personally.. The Churro is pretty good as well considering it's delivered while it's still warm, this time it was cold so it wasn't as great and the size for the price I'm not too crazy about honestly. However, the Tres Leches Cake was absolutely worth every penny!"
