The icing is great, the nuts were fresh, the packing and instructions were great. It really hit the spot, this is the best classic cinnamon roll I've had that I didn't bake - I love Cinnabons, but this easily beats it. I suspect the caramel sauce has some "natural" and/or artificial flavorings which I didn't appreciate, but it's par for the course for most places, so think of it as "caramel-flavored syrup" than a true caramel.
