"Shanghai Special Fried Rice (3313 kJ) was a very small portion. The container fits easily in 1 hand and wasn't filled fully. The rice wasn't fresh and had no flavouring. BBQ Buns (4pc) (570 kJ) weren't regular-sized. They are mini buns. More dough than filling. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering again."

"Penang white curry mee is absolutely tasty, Nasi Lemak and CKT are all good whether dine in or takeaway order. The Hainan Chicken Rice when dine in had juicy and succulent big pieces of chicken with skin very authentic, however when ordered as takeaway, the Hainan Chicken shrunk and lost its succulence. Overall, we would definitely recommend Jalan Alor with a variety of authentic and reasonable Malaysian Cuisine ! Thank you."

"宫保鸡丁 / Kung Pao Chicken Too sweet, for a moment I thought this was Kung Pao sugar, chicken is just garnish. 水煮鱼（黑鱼片）/ Fish in Hot Chilli Oil Fish slice is even thinner than the bean sprouts. I can hardly find any pieces. 回锅肉 / Double Cooked Pork Whole container was full of green capsicum, pork slices were very thick and dry, and half of them were substituted by been curds. I heard good things about this store initially hence I ordered. However this was such a disappointing experience."
