"韮王乾燒伊麵 / Dry Roasted Yi Mein is a classic in Chinese cuisine and was delicious. The long noodles were mixed with some vegetables and mushrooms and were delicious with some hot pepper oil. The 豉油皇炒麵 / Fried Noodle with Soy Sauce reminds me of a quick takeout dish with thin fried noodles compared to the dish above. If you want authentic Chinese food that is elevated above Chinese takeout but not overly priced mediocre Chinese food catering to Westerners, this is the place for you. They also serve Hong Kong style dim sum which is hard to find outside of Philly's Chinatown. I will definitely get the noodles again."
