There were a total of 4 extremely tiny and overcooked shrimp and maybe 6 small, half pieces of andouille sausage. It was 80% grits and 10% veggies. The side of bacon was delicious! Same goes for the Double cheeseburger combo but only for the unseasoned part. I understand being considerate of medical issues like high blood pressure but i think you should be able to know how to at least LIGHTLY salt your food enough so that it can have some flavor and nobody gets hurt. If the restaurant sees this, I recommend going for low/no sodium seasonings. I love potato wedges but they needed an extra minute. I would suggest buying two if you're someone that likes a lot of meat I did it was worth it. I liked the seasoning and the breading of it and thought it was overall it was good. I would order it again. The gravy on the other hand is probably one of the worst gravy's I've ever had. There's still chunks of the lard or Crisco or whatever's in it not fully blended and it has no flavor. I thought it was quite disgusting, but once I added some seasonings, such as Lowery's, cayenne, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and some scorpion salt it tasted way better but that's personal preference. It is a very basic very bland gravy. That would be great for care facility homes. Just not a restaurant that's supposed to cater to everyone so I would bring your own seasonings for that especially if you're someone that likes flavor in your gravy, other than the taste of Crisco. the tater kegs were sooo delicious definitely thought they were delicious only opinion on that is I wish they were fried longer to have more of a crisp other than that, they tasted good and I would definitely order them again.
