The only reason for the 3 star rating is because I had to clean the sticky Milkshake residue off of all the wrapped food before we could unwrap it to eat. I ordered a shrimp and broccoli alfredo whoever's in the kitchen has no idea how to make Alfredo sauce. the broccoli was so overcooked it just disintegrated to mush when you try to touch it they were like three shrimp which were tiny and it is a starchy white milk sauce with absolutely no Alfredo flavor. I'm not a complainer but when I spend $80 for two entrees I expect them to be edible. my wife ordered veal franchise in the veal taste like it's been frozen for 3 weeks and way overcooked. whoever is in your kitchen you should fire them tonight. I do not mind spending money on a good meal. we visited butcher Brothers in Cheshire last week and had two steak dinners and it was $280 so I have no problems spending money on good food but the food of Giovanni's is garbage"
