"First of all my DoorDash driver was fantastic and quick. The only thing I need to complain about is the FRESHNESS of the food. My whopper bun crumbled apart like breadcrumbs from the store. The buns were just completely old and should not have been put on any fresh hamburger/sandwich. My large french fry order was only half full and they were cold and soggy. The trip from Burger King to my house is very short so there is no way that is the cause. I'm sure everyone is working hard at Burger King to do right, but someone needs to be on top of these kinds of issues so that when you pay $60 for three sandwiches and a couple of drinks your meal is at least fresh. And of course I will go back there because I do like Burger King, but hopefully someone reads this and rectifies the problem. This was even worse, like they saw my review, made sure the bun was literally beyond stale, and just the bottom bun along was bigger/thicker than my miniature chicken, which was all breading. There might have been 1 teaspoon (not tablespoon) of mayo on one side or bottom bun, and chicken was also cold. It is absolutely disgusting, and I am floored that I'm actually paying for this trash. How does most others love this!? Lastly, simple good business practice is to right your wrongs. Send another order, maybe send me an email, call, text apologizing. Surely, a credit is well within reason. On TWO seperate occasions and day's. If you go here, make sure you pick it up yourself, bc you definitely will get a terrible experience."
