"Great food. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie is my favorite and I love their new red velvet ice cream. The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work."

It was delivered hot perfectly and I did put a note in saying please give me enough bok choy, broccoli & braised beef & they listened! The baby bok choy & broccoli were cooked perfectly & the beef short rib meet was tender cooked perfectly and Not all fat at all and was easy to chew unlike places that use cheaper cuts. I asked for a cup of ice on the side with no ice in the Thai Tea two nights in a row and they followed directions. It was amply provided both nights so I could keep frozen ice in my freezer in advance. I can say that the Thai Tea was made well not with cruddy tea powder mix and it was a genuinely not skimpy generous size 16oz I think, unless I did not eyeball that size correctly & tasted great! Oh and they are open for DoorDash orders on Fridays & Saturdays until 10:00pm :)"

The tacos were pretty good but I think I would've liked another choice of protein better. "The Birria Tacos were so stinking good. I only wish they filled the tiny cup of juice all the way. For 18 dollars, just for the tacos, it kinda made me sad. I took a picture where you could see before I dug in. Barely halfway up. The Chips & Guacamole were disgusting. It obviously had some old guacamole mixed in with the new. I took pictures where you could see the dark spots. Unfortunately, it made the whole guacamole taste spoiled, so I threw the whole thing away. Im sure it would have tasted great had they not done that.. They did a great job not overdoing it with the onions in the gauc like Moe's tends to do to save money on Avocado. Chips & Salsa was OK. not my favorite salsa. but I'm glad I got it since my guacamole had to be tossed. I would definitely eat the Birria Tacos again for sure. "I love ramen, so I felt compelled to try this new place when it became an option for delivery to my address. Sadly, the highly positive reviews of this place seem to reflect the enthusiasm and inexperience of college students more than the caliber of the food, which was solidly mediocre. Both the ramen and hibachi were extremely oversalted, to the point of being hard to eat. The tonkatsu ramen broth totally lacked the cravable ramen umami depth and silky mouthfeel which is only obtained when it is slowly simmered long enough to extract collagen from bones. The shoyu tare has an unpleasant metallic tang, a really common shoyu fault. If you try this place, I would recommend ordering a different flavor, since miso and salt tares tend to be more foolproof. The noodles and soft-boiled egg were also a bit overcooked--the restaurant should consider adjusting for how the hot food will continue to cook for . I hate to give a bad review to a place that seems to have nice people trying their best, but I doubt they are in danger of going out of business. I will say that the on the positive side, the ingredients all seemed fresh, the hibachi portion size was generous, and presentation even in delivery packaging looked quite nice."
