"Amazing how good food can change your mood. after a canceled flight from United I ended up at a hotel late at night with few options for food. picked this place mostly because it was one of few places that was actually open. The food was surprisingly some of the best Mexican I've had on the east coast. I thought it was a bit pricey until I saw the generous portions. "We were really disappointed based on other recent reviews, but gave 3 stars because portions are very generous. The good: The tortillas are much bigger than I'm used to seeing for tacos, the tacos had plenty of meat and they had lots of cilantro and onion on top. The bad: The chicken in the chimichanga and taco had no flavor. Like, zero seasoning. And it was really dry. The barbacoa was tasty, but dry, and my campechano taco was tasty but also had a hard bone the size of a cherry in it, which I luckily caught before breaking a tooth. I also found other small bones in my chicken taco and the entire joint of a chicken thigh in my tamale, which was rojo and not verde like I ordered. I've never had a tamale with bone-in meat before, so I found this odd. It also lacked favor and the tamale dough was plasticky and not tasty at all. I tossed most of it. I will continue looking for great Mexican food in the area. Sadly, this ain't it. "

Morgan was so friendly and patient with me he made me feel like a member of his family so I knew the food would be good. On the day of the event he walked in very happy to be there and brighten up the room. Well not only was the food delicious he brought food I did not order. Every dish was chef’s kiss. People were lined up and ready to eat every last bite on their plates. People went back for seconds and were still able to take food home with them. Morgan went above and beyond serving food, joking, cleaning just a genuine nice man with a big heart that knows how to cook. I highly recommend this restaurant and catering service.
