Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.

Sometimes you can count the number of fries on one hand other times you get a lot. I understand restaurants in portioning so I always order a side of french fries so I have extra however, if you just order one side of fries, there's a 50-50 chance that they won't put them into the bag and this is a continuous problem however, if you order two sides of fries, you usually get both orders of fries. Back in November and December, they would actually have somebody check the bag and there'll be a little card put on that it was checked and verified in the bag would be sealed however they stopped doing that after the holidays and I have called management and ask them and the response was well will do better. It doesn't happen so good food inconsistent with their correctness of what you requested"
