Perusia uses quality ingredients in regard tomatoes/sauce and cheese and meats However the Pizza crust wasnt great. A little too thick and stiff and perhaps not so flavorful as say S. Egidio dough. If they can work on that this would be the best pizza and pasta in the area! Also pls add a mortadella/ pistachio pizza to the menu pls too :-)"
