"I'm dropping a star because Panerai consistently fails to add butter with the baguette. If they don't give you a way to ask for butter then they should automatically add it with the order. Otherwise the food is always tasty. The soup was creamy and cheesy. They didn't skimp on the broccoli and I didn't feel the need to add pepper. "The pizza tasted like a warmed-up freezer pizza. The crust and dough weren't good and overall tasted terrible. The sauce lacked any authenticity or true flavor. Pepperoni on the pizza was minimal. The thin crust cheese was ok. I also wish they would put stickers or something over the box to show it wasn't opened or tampered with by the dasher. Most other places do this. "
