Which happens, not a huge deal, but I think it was handled EXTREMELY poorly by the store. When they realized 1 of 2 items was out of stock, I was not given the chance to cancel the order, and they did not cancel the order. Rather, they cancelled one item and sent just the second item. So one shake was refunded, but all fees/tips remained the same (on an order worth half as much). So I paid about 70% of the cost of two shakes to receive just one shake. "The 4 stars are for how delicious our food was! However, for an $80 meal we received half of a bag of chips, with only one salsa. I also ordered an $8 bowl of cheese dip and received one small plastic cup of it. There is no way to select if you don't want something in your meal (tomatoes, etc.). We didn't receive any tortillas that were supposed to come with a meal. It was frustrating because I know La Palma is better than that! The food was delicious though like always.
