The noodles were cooked to perfection, they loaded it with a sauce that had the perfect combination of sweet, tangy and spicy. The beef was cut into perfect portions and tender, and adding the crispy juicy chicken was the cherry on top! This is now one officially my go-to restaurant for noodle bowls in Squamish! "Today's order was very disappointing. Blue House has always been a 'go-to', for us, but that might change after today. The short-ribs came dry and without their usual onion accompaniment. "Good Food. Authentic Taste "

"At best, I'd put this food on par with greasy spoon diners or drive-in burgers. My drinks were bland and my bread was all really poor: either cardboard dry and burnt or far too oily to be palatable. The fish pakoras were undercooked and chewy, having been obviously taken out of the fryer too early or were cooked at too low of a temperature. The butter chicken tasted like it was cooked in spicy Campbell's tomato soup and lacked real depth to the flavour substance. I ordered two dishes comprised mainly of chickpeas, but both were huge fails because the chickpeas were undercooked / hard. That tells me they're cooking them from dry... and doing a very simple cooking process completely wrong. In both cases, the dishes were too oily and any attempt at real flavour was just drowned in hot sauce. I would not trust any review claiming this is authentic or high quality Indian food. It's not even average. I'd bet every review that claims as such comes from someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. I had my order delivered, so I can't speak to the restaurant's service or atmosphere... but even if my order were credited or fully refunded, I wouldn't even think about going back a second time. All in all, most of my dishes were undercooked, overly greasy, and/or doused in hot sauce in lieu of actual spices. I really lament throwing out food out of principle with the enviroment and poverty in mind, but I composed much of what I paid for because nobody should eat food this bad. I wish I had anything good to say other than how well packaged and sealed everything was... but for the price I paid, you've just gotta be better than this. "
