"We were highly disappointed with the Caramel Pecan Roll . They were extremely dry and flavorless. The rolls were topped with a caramel topping that was a solid, crystallized glob. We warmed them up in hopes of loosening the caramel, but once sugar crystallized, there is no going back. They ended up in the trash, which was an unfortunate waste of money. The non-bakery items in the order were what we have come to expect from Keys...great!"

The only complaint I would make is that the volume of their orders varies WIDELY by who is making the order. I can understand some variation, but not like this. I ordered the exact same order last week and today. A rice bowl with double chicken, double roasted corn, double balsamic vinaigrette, black beans, edamame, sweet potatoes, and chickpeas. Last week I got a large and small container of vinaigrette, and the contents of the bowl were pressing against the lid! There was so much chicken I couldn't eat it all. Today...I would estimate the bowl has approximately 60% of the volume of last week's bowl. 1 large container of vinaigrette instead of the extra, even though I ordered double. 11 pieces of chicken, in an order of double chicken. Really? Anyway...food is always awesome. Quantity consistency is a bit hit or miss. "
