"Hands down, BEST BOBA I'VE EVER HAD (out of all the bay area places I've tried)! Every other place seems to be lacking in some way - whether the drink is too watery, the tea flavor is not strong enough, or the boba pearls are lackluster with no flavor. That's never been an issue for me here! I'm basically addicted to this place and get it several times a week, and it's pretty consistent. The only thing that I would ever consider a "problem" is they don't offer many food/snacks so I usually have to get food from somewhere else in the area. But to be completely honest, that never stops me from getting it! My partner and I are on opposite ends of the boba spectrum, meaning we can say both the drinks with and without creamer are great. Specifically, the Lime Jasmine Green Tea is unique to T4 as we've never been able to find anything like it anywhere else. They always deliver on the extra pearls which satisfies my partner's addiction. For me, any of the milk teas with black tea are amazing, and since I'm not the biggest fan of pearls, I sometimes get pudding or coffee jellies which are delicious as well. I will warn that standard sweetness is usually way too sweet for me, so if you don't like that maybe stick to 50-80%, but if you love super sweet things then you're good. My specific drink recommendation is the Classical Earl Grey Rose Milk Tea by the way 🤙🏼"

"It seems like it is Hit-or-Miss with this location. I have had really good shack burgers and shakes, but lately, it seems to be more miss. Ordered a 10 piece chicken bite and only got 9, overcooked, almost char looking tiny bites. Not at all what I remember from ordering in the past. They were very dark in color instead of having a brownish hue, and once bitten into you could taste the burnt effect. Besides having almost no chicken in the bite, it was gross. I will be giving Shack Shake a rest for a bit. The bacon burger had 2 pieces of "off looking" uncooked bacon on it that I had to remove, which negated purchasing that burger. The fries were as delicious as they always are, and are probably the only constant "good thing" when ordering. Just cold as the dasher took way to long to get here.
