I expected the exact version that is served at Fiesta Del Mar (the namesake restaurant across the street, since they are affiliated). But the sauce is totally different. I guess I'll just have to wait until I can visit the original creators to get those scrumptious Enchiladas. Overall, I'd rate it a 7/10. I will be back to try other menu items though.
