"I am not sure what is going on with this particular Burger King; however, seems to be very understaffed for a while. Not that the food was inedible but it could have been executed a little better. They did not mark the whoppers at all so we couldn't tell what one was what and one of those burgers should not have had pickles and both had them. Also one of those whoppers should not have had the tomato or lettuce. These, I know, are minor details and I am not trying to be to hard on the staff / team members; however, sometimes a good customer experience is in the smaller details. Service with a smile and those small details can change the customers view in a positive way. I want to be encouraging here. I know they are capable of doing better than what we received. I totally believe in them over there. On a more positive note, the Royal Crispy Chicken was absolutely fantastic. Good job on that one!"
