"False advertisement, missing item, offensive customer service. I contacted the restaurant to fairly solve in an issue on my #18 Shrimp Wonton Soup 云吞汤 order. An item that I have ordered in the past. It is sold as a bundle of two soup containers for $10.95. I have provided photos that prove how the items are advertised for order. I have also ordered this item in the past. You're supposed to receive a quantity of 2. The 1 quantity I received was poor quality. They used beef broth when that's not how it's supposed to be prepared.
The woman I spoke to constantly interrupted me and refused to solve the issue. She then placed me on a long hold. An unprofessional response from a long established Chinese Restaurant within the Scarborough area.
I was dismissed despite having supported the business and thought the issue could be resolved directly and amicably.
I would like to thank Doordash for solving this issue. But I have to be honest with my review on this app and public platforms."
