We wanted to try everything on the menu, so decision-making was the hardest part of ordering for us. Thecalmond pretzel was a pure delight. We are ho-hum about almonds and kept going back and forth about ordering this pretzel until the last minute. The last minute decision to order it was wise. It was one of the highlights of our meal. Yum! One issue we did have with ordering stemmed from the lack of pull down menus for drinks. Drinks come with the meals and can be ordered in separate categories, but the only identifying drinks were lemonade or hot drinks. We had to call the store with questions about juices and pops. We also did not know the pretzels came with dips, as this is not on the Door Dash page for this restaurant. The store kindly reached out to us after we ordered and set our order right. If we were not traveling and lived in the area, we would be regulars at Ben's Soft Pretzels. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the staff or the fabulous food."

"I ordered the Super Berry Acai Bowl. I loved that you could choose your own three toppings and then the ability to add other mix-ins after. I was a bit hesitant to order the bowl because of the price, but it was worth it. I was surprised at how big it was. I do wish it was a bit thicker - after it was delivered, I only got a few bites before I wasn't able to eat it for about 10 minutes and it was like cold soup when I was able to come back to it. I ate the add-ins and then used a straw for the rest. The bananas (I'd guess there was one whole banana), strawberries (maybe 3), and blueberries (I'm guessing around 8) I chose were fresh and sliced (although I did have to take about 3 stems off the blueberries 👎). I also ordered the Forte Coffee Cold Brew Smoothie. Delicious! I would for sure order both of them again and look forward to trying something new next time.
