On the chicken parm hero (H-1) it was the same issue. Also make sure the marinara sauce completely covers the chicken. I will definitely return in the future because these were minor issues. ***On a side note. This might just be a Door Dash thing. When customizing sandwiches on the menu, have an option for No Cheese.
