The carrots are unseasoned, but thankfully not actually raw as the description claims. The broccoli is slightly undercooked and oversalted. The bean sprouts add a nice crunch without altering the overall flavor profile.There needs to be an option for No Egg. It's simply unsalted cafeteria style liquid egg that has been lightly cooked. If this is a delivery purchase, and you happen to have an egg at home, just cook an egg over easy or to your liking instead. The gochujang is overly sweet and grainy in consistency. I'm still curious about their kale, but overall this was an okay purchase."
